1. Move a card

   Drag a card to Doing when you start it — that is how everyone sees what is moving.

2. Give a card to Claude

   Open a card (Enter or ⤢) and click “Claude” on its back: the paper bird takes it.

3. Leave a comment

   Open a card and write in its comments — a question, an answer, what is blocking.

4. Invite one person

   One teammate is enough to start: they see their cards in ✅ My work.

5. Close a card

   Drop it in Done, or tick it. Every closed card becomes fruit on your project's tree.
