What the account does: it keeps your maps in your account, so signing in on another browser or on your phone brings them with you. Your maps stay on this device too — the account is a copy, not a move. Without an account, nothing is uploaded and TabTree stays entirely local.
Plant your seed with your email address. When your turn comes we write to you, and your account opens with a free trial of Pro.
We keep your address, nothing else, and only use it to tell you when it's your turn. Privacy

Without an account your maps stay on this device and nothing syncs. You can sign in later from ⚙️ Settings.
Creating an account means accepting our terms and privacy policy. The account is free — ten synced maps, no card — and starts with 14 days of Pro.
Paste an indented bullet list (or # headings). Each indent level becomes a branch. The first level-0 line becomes the center.
Review the groups before applying — nothing changes on the board until you confirm.
Looking changes nothing — not your maps, not the folder, not your backup settings — so you can compare several folders freely. The one thing that writes is + Add files, and only when you ask: drop pictures straight into a brand folder inside “Images”.
Nothing matches — try another word.
This governs tabtree.app only: the downloadable app is bought once, so nothing is locked there. The code ships a default for every template; here you only record the exceptions. Everyone else sees a change on their next page load.

A founding code by hand, to people who skip the queue. Up to 50 addresses.
Each example is one document read six ways: a mind map, a kanban, a timeline, a page, a spreadsheet and a slideshow. Nothing is converted, nothing is copied. ▶ Show me plays the seven-second flyby; Open just puts the map in your library so you can poke at it.
Claude is reading the zone…
A single .html that anyone double-clicks — offline, with no account, nothing to install and nothing to host. Choose what goes inside:
The first two are readers: nothing done in them is saved, so they always show exactly what you sent.
🔒 A passphrase needs the reader — choose “The map + the reader” to lock the file.
It is stored nowhere and never leaves this machine, so we cannot recover it for you. Send it to your recipient through another channel than the file itself.
Clicking its badge will open that map — from a node, a shape or a sticky. The link travels in the file: on a machine without the map, the badge says so instead of failing silently.
One row becomes one child of this node. The first column is that child's text; every other column can become a sub-node, a note, a date, an assignee or a kanban column.
One date is enough — the node shows as a one-day milestone. Dated nodes appear in the 🗓 Gantt and 📆 Calendar views. A repeating task is never closed: ticking it moves it to the next occurrence.
Followed by 🤖 Ask, Triage, Stand-up, Retro, 💡 Optimize and Copilot. A suggestion that follows a rule says so. Nothing is ever applied without your click.
What this task cannot start before. The 🗓 Gantt draws the arrows, the kanban shows ⛔ while something is still open, and a predecessor that slips pushes its followers.
The person who sent you this file locked it with a passphrase. Ask them for it — it is not in this file, and nobody can recover it.
Nothing is saved on your computer: close the file and it locks again.
Replays what your collaborators did onto the map on this machine. Doing it twice changes nothing, and ⌘Z undoes the whole thing.
Describe what you want to build — the AI proposes a structure, you approve it before it lands on the map or board. Nothing is added without your go-ahead.
Preview — nothing is added until you confirm.

Your maps are kept in your account: sign in on another browser or on your phone and they are there. They stay on this device as well — the account holds a copy, and TabTree keeps working with no network. Deleting a map here removes it from your account too.

📅 Your tasks in your calendar — Pro
One private link that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook read by themselves — every dated task that is yours, from your maps and your shared spaces.
Included with TabTree Pro — and during the 14-day free trial.
Copy it now: TabTree keeps only a fingerprint of it, so it cannot show it again — to see it later, make a new one.
Anyone who has the link sees the titles of your dated tasks. If it leaks, make a new one: the old one stops working at once. Calendars refresh on their own schedule — Apple and Outlook within hours, Google can take up to a day.
🌐 Language
TabTree in English or French — menus, getting started, the team bar and the morning digest. The canvas itself gains French with each update.
🔒 Password — sign in without waiting for an email.
🔌 Claude connector — let Claude read your maps, build mind maps and kanban boards, and move cards, in your account and your team spaces.
Create a key below, then download the connector for Claude Desktop
and paste it there — or, in Claude Code: TABTREE_API_KEY=… npx tabtree-mcp.
Skills such as “ma cartographie du travail” file their result straight into your account.
The same key opens the API for Zapier, Make and any other agent: GET https://aynmiptyvisxoslzkzxn.supabase.co/functions/v1/api/v1/maps
with the header x-tabtree-key — then /v1/maps/<key> and /v1/maps/<key>/cards. POST /v1/maps/<key>/cards
adds a card: your TabTree app applies it, like the connector's changes.
No install needed: in ChatGPT, claude.ai or Cursor, add the connector address https://tabtree.app/mcp, then sign in to TabTree
and allow it. Each app you connect appears below as a key, and Revoke disconnects it.
🪝 Webhooks — TabTree calls your address when a card is created, moved, completed or deleted. Paste a Zapier, Make or n8n webhook address.

This erases your account and everything in it — every synced map, every folder, every connector key — on our servers, at once and for good. It cannot be undone. What is on this device stays on this device: export anything you want to keep first, with ⌘S or ⤓ on a map.

TabTree works fully without an account — everything you make is on this device, and nothing is uploaded. Signing in takes one email and no password; it is what carries your maps between your devices.
Your signature travels on 📣 shared images and shared files — never inside the map data itself.
Social links for the image footer live in 📣 Share image, next to the post they sign.

billed to you per use, no subscription). It is stored on this device

never included in a .tabtree, .json or .md export.

Claude does not generate images: that feature goes through Google. Create a key at

Your key activates a browser once, and TabTree never checks anything again — no phoning home, offline for life. It also unlocks the hosted services: publishing to a tabtree.app link, and the AI credits included with your licence. Whoever you give it to spends your credits and quota — and takes one of your device slots.
The 🛟 folder is the safety net: one file per map, on your disk, readable forever. Put it in iCloud / Dropbox / Google Drive and it becomes your team's shared library — and the home of your brand pictures.
Describe the image you want. It is produced by Google Gemini and downscaled before being stored (like every image in TabTree). Nothing is added to the map until you click “Insert”.
Every preview is rendered by the app's own engine — this is exactly what you will get.
Fill this in and the AI rewrites the template's labels for your context right after it opens (⌘Z undoes it all at once). Leave empty for the plain template.
A one-page document you can attach to a proposal or a tender, stating where TabTree keeps your client's data. Every line is verifiable — your client can open the browser's Network tab and check.
